Salesforce Product Manager

You will own the Salesforce product vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle. You bridge business requirements with technical execution to ensure successful platform implementation.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, MVP scope, and roadmap in partnership with Product Owners and sponsors.
• Manage and prioritize the Salesforce backlog, supporting sprint planning and delivery.
• Develop project timelines, track dependencies, and mitigate risks to ensure delivery.
• Coordinate UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution to align testing with business needs.
• Lead stakeholder communication, governance, and change management activities including training and launch.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product or project management roles.
• Hands-on involvement in Salesforce implementation delivery, not just theoretical knowledge.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals and platform capabilities.
• Proven experience with backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
