Description

You will manage the full product development lifecycle within the Salesforce ecosystem for healthcare and life sciences clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product development cycle from wireframing through to successful product launch.
• Translate client requests into technical solutions using deep knowledge of healthcare processes and industry standards.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to document new features as user stories.
• Influence the product roadmap and feature selection processes.
• Apply change management and negotiation techniques to align stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing product development cycles.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality, capabilities, and the distinction between out-of-the-box features and custom solutions.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Experience with UX Design management.
• Background working with Payers or Health Insurance companies.
• Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences industries.
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills.
