Description

You will own the product strategy, lifecycle management, and successful delivery of Salesforce features.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Acquire strategic direction and business priorities from Program Sponsors.
• Define product roadmaps and timelines, detailing goals, risks, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning and execution with stakeholders.
• Manage scope and change requests, coordinating budgetary impact decisions.
• Implement, monitor, and report on key product adoption and business metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a relevant product or program management capacity.
• Proficiency in Product Owner methodologies.
• Strong command of Project Management practices and governance.
• Experience acting as a business process proxy, understanding as-is and to-be states.
• Ability to translate roadmaps into build priorities with IT teams.
• Experience coordinating complex stakeholder communications across IT, Marketing, and Business units.
• Familiarity with Business Analyst functions, including requirements definition.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Salesforce platform features.
