Description

Lead product planning and execution for a Salesforce-based Ad Platform, owning the lifecycle from vision to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing budget, timelines, and organizational constraints.
• Translate high-level requirements into detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Communicate product vision and strategy to business stakeholders and cross-functional engineering teams.
• Measure product performance and client value, adjusting roadmaps based on data-driven insights.
• Collaborate within a matrix organization to align with business objectives and customer satisfaction goals.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of professional experience in IT.
• 5+ years as an Agile Product Owner or managing a SaaS product.
• Deep technical understanding of Salesforce capabilities and features.
• Proven ability to write detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Experience with data-driven product optimization and data analysis.
• Strong product design and interaction design skills with a focus on user experience.
• Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable technical tasks.
• At least one active Salesforce certification.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
