Own the Salesforce product backlog and drive Agile delivery of scalable CRM solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Salesforce product backlog, translating business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities in alignment with business goals.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure technical clarity and project alignment.
• Coordinate release planning, UAT, and post-deployment validation while monitoring project risks and progress.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, SDLC processes, and organizational standards across multiple teams.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager in Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM platforms).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile project management tools.
• Proven experience in user story writing, backlog prioritization, and sprint execution.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder management.
