Description

You will lead the direction and strategy for the Salesforce platform, owning the product roadmap and lifecycle while driving adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce product roadmap and lifecycle from conception to delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement platform requirements and technical specifications.
• Communicate technical requirements and product vision to stakeholders and leadership.
• Drive platform adoption through effective leadership, guidance, and process improvement.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms.
• Proven experience in a Salesforce Product Owner or similar role.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification is required.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Concord, CA.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
