Description

You will own the product vision and roadmap for high-priority Salesforce product lines.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish and refine the product roadmap to align with organizational strategic objectives.
• Gather requirements and set priorities by collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Write actionable user stories, epics, and features to guide agile team execution.
• Partner with engineering leads and developers to ensure quality standards and delivery alignment.
• Monitor performance metrics and adoption rates to drive data-driven product improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience managing complex or mission-critical technical products.
• Proven experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems.
• Proficiency in writing detailed user stories, epics, and features for agile delivery.
• Strong background in software development and the SDLC.
• Experience using Agile/Scrum practices and tools like Jira or Confluence.
• Ability to communicate product direction across multiple agile teams.
• Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to shape product decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Preferred Skills

• Agile Product Owner or Scrum Product Owner certification (CSPO or equivalent).
• Prior work with Salesforce platform products, integrations, and ecosystem solutions.
• Experience managing large, complex product portfolios in enterprise environments.
