Description

Own the product lifecycle for Salesforce Health Cloud applications, driving requirements, roadmap, and delivery within a healthcare payer context.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate complex business requirements into Epics, Features, and User Stories for Salesforce and backend microservices.
• Manage product backlogs and define data mapping, transformation rules, and API integration specifications.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional delivery initiatives.
• Conduct product demos and provide training to end users on Salesforce Health Cloud and related workflows.
• Lead SAFe and Agile/Scrum product delivery, ensuring alignment with claims, operations, and automation solutions.

Required Skills

• 8-10+ years of Product Owner or Product Manager experience.
• Demonstrated experience with Salesforce Health Cloud and healthcare payer domains (Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial).
• Strong background in gathering requirements for backend web services, microservices, and APIs.
• Proficiency in SAFe, Agile, and Scrum methodologies for enterprise application delivery.
• Experience defining data mapping, system integration, and business rules engine configurations.
• Proven ability to drive UAT and facilitate stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Product Owner/Product Manager certification.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of healthcare claims workflows, adjudication, or inventory management.
