Description

Own the Salesforce product backlog and drive Agile delivery of scalable CRM solutions.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities.
• Coordinate release planning, UAT, and post-deployment validation.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure SDLC adherence.

Required Skills

• 3+ years as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM platforms).
• Strong Agile/Scrum methodology and backlog management.
• Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating across multiple teams for complex deliverables.
• Proven track record in user story writing and sprint execution.
