Description

You own the product backlog and delivery lifecycle for Salesforce platforms, bridging engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage product backlogs, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Support Salesforce platform integrations and ensure alignment with product lifecycle management goals.
• Partner with analytics teams to define metrics and reporting requirements for data-driven products.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and resolve complex product problems.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar Agile role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Salesforce integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum frameworks and product lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and define precise acceptance criteria.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working with analytics, reporting, or data-driven products.
