Description

Lead discovery, migration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions to replace legacy client systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and interviews to document functional requirements from non-Salesforce systems.
• Manage development priorities and the product backlog in collaboration with technical teams and client stakeholders.
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions using custom objects, fields, workflows, and declarative features.
• Perform hands-on administration by making configuration changes directly within Salesforce.
• Guide clients through the full project lifecycle, prioritizing out-of-the-box configuration over custom code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Product Owner.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• At least one Salesforce Consultant certification.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
• Experience working within the Agile framework.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and simultaneous initiatives.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing a previous org migration.
• Experience with business automation tools such as Appian, UiPath, or Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience using AI tools such as Einstein Copilot or Google Claude.
