Description

Define the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for enterprise Salesforce systems, translating business strategy into technical requirements and ensuring delivery of value.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and roadmap for Salesforce, aligning enterprise systems strategy with business objectives and market trends.
  • Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and user stories, managing the product backlog and prioritizing features.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from ideation to deployment and adoption, establishing KPIs to measure product success.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, and analysts to maintain roadmaps, participate in Agile ceremonies, and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Ensure enterprise systems adhere to governance policies, privacy regulations, and security standards while supporting testing and validation.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of related technology experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of solutioning complex business solutions architecture with a focus on Cloud Native platforms.
  • Proven experience in product management or functional ownership of the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and SaaS solution delivery.
  • Ability to understand business strategy and translate it into data-driven solutions.
  • Strong ability to convey complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with modern data stacks, including data lakes, data warehouses, and APIs.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Retail or Supply Chain technology solutions.
  • Experience presenting to leadership teams and working in startup or fast-paced environments.
  • At least 3 years of Salesforce Professional Services (SPS) experience.
