Description

Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and priorities.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities in Agile environments.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and support release planning, UAT coordination, and post-deployment validation.
• Ensure adherence to Agile best practices, SDLC processes, and organizational standards.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or CRM).
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management.
• Proven experience in user story writing, backlog prioritization, and sprint execution.
• Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
