Description

You will own the roadmap, deployment, and effectiveness of Salesforce-based products used by client Business Partner Managers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and implement product management best practices across complex solutions.
• Collaborate with Salesforce development, UX/UI, and administration teams to ensure process changes are relevant and supported.
• Gather business and system requirements by interfacing with customers at all levels to identify automation and productivity opportunities.
• Present written recommendations and requirements to senior stakeholders to facilitate prioritization and influence the roadmap.
• Balance business needs against technical and operational constraints while providing end-user documentation and training.

Required Skills

• Experience with Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Service Cloud.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Ability to manage requirements and feedback through a technical lens.
• Experience navigating ambiguity to develop solutions for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build consensus and manage client expectations.
• Degree in any field.
