Description

Lead the product lifecycle for Salesforce implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives through direct stakeholder collaboration and Agile delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine requirements through direct collaboration with stakeholders.
• Prioritize and manage product backlogs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Execute sprint planning, refinements, and reviews to maintain delivery transparency.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with SDET and DEV leads to meet delivery milestones.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role.
• Strong technical knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC).
• Hands-on experience with Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency with CPQ.
• Expertise in managing Agile frameworks and product backlogs.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into actionable user stories.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships and driving accountability.
