Description

You will manage the lifecycle of Salesforce products by translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring high-quality delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes into functional requirements with concise acceptance criteria.
• Define features and user stories for technical breakdown and planning sessions.
• Coordinate Quality Assurance Testing to ensure production-ready deliverables.
• Manage workloads and progress using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Oversee production deployment, post-implementation analysis, and ongoing support plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Product Ownership or Product Management experience.
• Experience owning products within an Agile or SaaS technology environment.
• Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage business, IT, and vendor resources, including deliverables based on SOWs.
• Strong analytical skills to resolve issues and determine IT solutions.
• Experience interacting with all organizational levels to meet milestones and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
