Description

You will define and execute the product roadmap for Service Cloud and Contact Center solutions, partnering with technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an 18-month product roadmap in partnership with the Salesforce technical team.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, operations, and IT teams to drive product delivery.
• Partner with technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.
• Manage product vision while balancing strategic direction with execution details.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in a relevant product or technical role.
• Strong experience as a Salesforce Product Owner.
• Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Contact Center experience with Five9 or similar technologies.
• Proven ability to build and manage long-term product roadmaps (12–18 months).
• Experience coordinating across business, operations, and IT teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Healthcare domain experience.
• Experience with Agile / Scrum methodologies.
