Description

You own the Salesforce product roadmap, backlog, and delivery execution for the CRM stream.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the product backlog and program log in Jira and Monday.com, aligning with leadership’s digital strategy.
• Direct the CRM delivery stream by partnering with the Business Analyst on requirements and the Program Manager on capacity and timelines.
• Act as the final sign-off authority for product scope, triaging cross-functional requests to keep the team focused on high-priority milestones.
• Govern the CRM data integration roadmap, prioritizing the sync of external datasets and third-party systems into the central Salesforce hub.
• Manage third-party consultants and offshore teams, validating deliverables to ensure scope adherence and cost control.

Required Skills

• 5+ years managing enterprise CRM products, agile backlogs, or technical projects.
• Required hands-on experience with Salesforce platform optimization and integration.
• Proven track record leading large-scale CRM consolidations or legacy platform migrations.
• Strong proficiency in Jira and Monday.com for tracking high-volume technical backlogs.
• Experience managing deliverables, timelines, and contract scope with external systems integrators.
• Ability to drive scale through process automation within a lean, matrixed organization.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of data privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA, CAN-SPAM) in automated marketing contexts.
