Description

You own the product lifecycle for Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, driving requirements, roadmaps, and delivery for enterprise healthcare systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Salesforce applications and backend API integrations.
• Create product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and define Epics, Features, and User Stories using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and QA teams to deliver enterprise healthcare solutions aligned with claims operations.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), product demonstrations, and end-user training sessions.
• Define API integration requirements, web services, microservices architectures, and data mapping strategies.

Required Skills

• 8–10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud (mandatory).
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Minimum one Salesforce Certification.
• Strong background in SAFe, Agile, or Scrum product delivery.
• Healthcare Payer experience (Medicaid, Medicare, Commercial).
• Proficiency in API, Web Services, and Microservices requirements gathering.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Data Cloud implementation experience.
• Claims Inventory System experience and knowledge of claims adjudication workflows.
• SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager Certification.
