Description

You will lead the software product development life cycle for customer and employee digital experience channels from inception through production launch and support.

Responsibilities

• Chart and execute the course for digital experience across consumer distribution channels.
• Lead large cross-organizational software development projects.
• Manage the full software product development life cycle including post-production support.
• Ensure web component design is modular, scalable, and utilizes current web and micro-service technologies.
• Coordinate and lead deployment and change management across multi-dimensional teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of product owner experience managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Salesforce technologies.
• Experience working with scaled agile development teams and the Scaled Agile Framework.
• Proficiency with Jira, Adobe Analytics, and Oracle Marketing Platform (Responsys).
• Technical background in Full Stack Web Design and Application Design.
• Ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into product initiatives.
• Strong ability to present complex technical information to developers and senior leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Experience in Retail, Call Centers, or Consumer organizations.
