Description

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for customer and employee digital experience channels, from inception through production launch and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Chart and execute the strategic course for digital experiences across consumer distribution channels.
• Lead large, cross-organizational software development projects and coordinate deployment and change management.
• Manage the full product development life cycle, including post-production support and maintenance.
• Ensure web component design is modular, scalable, and leverages current micro-service technologies.
• Convert consumer insights and performance data into actionable product initiatives.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of product owner experience managing all aspects of a product lifecycle.
• Proven experience with Salesforce technologies and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proficiency with Jira, Adobe Analytics, and Oracle Marketing Platform (Responsys).
• Technical background in Full Stack Web Design and Application Design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong ability to present complex technical information to developers and senior leaders.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications.
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
• Experience in Retail, Call Centers, or Consumer organizations.
