Description

You will serve as the single point of contact for the Salesforce engagement team, overseeing the full project lifecycle and driving deliverables across all functional areas.

Responsibilities

• Manage project plans, schedules, and timelines in coordination with Salesforce professional services.
• Drive Salesforce data backup and archival programs in partnership with the COE team.
• Direct the request process for new campaigns on the business side and manage software tool reviews.
• Coordinate data residency discussions with senior leadership to ensure alignment on regulations and solutions.
• Oversee project budget tracking, vendor contract management, and procurement processes.
• Facilitate agile delivery by planning sprints, organizing work, and managing issues and escalations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Program Management.
• Expertise in Agile delivery models, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Proven ability to manage project plans, schedules, and complex delivery timelines.
• Experience managing stakeholders, delivery teams, and subject matter experts.
• Strong background in risk management, strategic planning, and change management.
• Proficiency in procurement and delivery vendor contract management.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements for technical team members.
• Experience building cloud-native software products as a platform at scale.
