You will manage the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Responsibilities
- Define program objectives, timelines, and success metrics for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, developers, and third-party consultants.
- Manage multiple Salesforce projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
- Drive CRM improvements in Sales Cloud, focusing on opportunity management, forecasting, and territory management.
- Enhance service processes in Service Cloud through case management and knowledge base optimization.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of working experience.
- Experience with Service Console.
- Proficiency in Macros.
- Knowledge of SLAs.
- Experience implementing Automated Workflows.
- Ability to align Salesforce solutions with business goals.
- Experience managing requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
