Description

You will manage the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce initiatives across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Define program objectives, timelines, and success metrics for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, Salesforce admins, developers, and third-party consultants.
  • Manage multiple Salesforce projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
  • Drive CRM improvements in Sales Cloud, focusing on opportunity management, forecasting, and territory management.
  • Enhance service processes in Service Cloud through case management and knowledge base optimization.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of working experience.
  • Experience with Service Console.
  • Proficiency in Macros.
  • Knowledge of SLAs.
  • Experience implementing Automated Workflows.
  • Ability to align Salesforce solutions with business goals.
  • Experience managing requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.
