Description

You will lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, managing implementations, customizations, and integrations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project roadmaps, timelines, and budgets.
• Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Define project scope and requirements by collaborating with stakeholders and business teams.
• Oversee deployments, testing, and user training for successful solution adoption.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to keep projects aligned with business goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading Salesforce projects.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including backlog refinement and velocity tracking.
• Experience with Salesforce development lifecycle concepts (Apex, Lightning, SOQL).
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines within a Salesforce context.
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce PMP principles.
