Description

You will lead multiple concurrent Salesforce engagements within a single account to drive program success.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, organize, and monitor interconnected projects while coordinating cross-project activities.
• Manage program budgets, deadlines, risks, resource allocation, and change management.
• Lead and evaluate project managers, staff, and vendors to ensure effective delivery.
• Develop long-term goals, program evaluation frameworks, and new initiatives to support strategic direction.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders to solicit input and resolve high-level scope issues.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program or project management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements within the same account.
• Experience managing project managers and cross-functional staff.
• Direct experience with budget control and resource management.
• Ability to develop funding proposals and program evaluation frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills.
• Experience in risk management and resolving complex scope issues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce ecosystem tools and methodologies.
