Description

You manage large-scale Salesforce and data delivery programs for US-based customers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customer sponsors and stakeholders to manage expectations and delivery outcomes.
• Own account governance, including risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and customer feedback.
• Manage onshore and offshore teams to ensure on-schedule, high-quality delivery.
• Oversee commercial compliance regarding SOW, billing, and engagement models.

Required Skills

• 15-20 years of total IT work experience.
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and data-related deliveries.
• Experience delivering transformation programs and service programs.
• Proficiency in Fixed Price and Time & Materials (T&M) commercial models.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Iterative delivery processes.
• Knowledge of account planning techniques such as V2MOM and SWOT.
• Proven ability to manage complex account governance and stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Healthcare or Life Sciences domain.
