Description

You will lead the delivery of complex Salesforce implementations and enhancements across the organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Manage a portfolio of multiple Salesforce projects, handling resource allocation, prioritization, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and challenges to develop mitigation strategies that ensure successful delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including administrators, developers, and business analysts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management.
• 5+ years of experience specifically managing Salesforce programs and projects.
• Proven experience leading large-scale implementations involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQ.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, customizations, integrations, and data management.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or MS Project.
• Experience managing onshore and offshore teams in distributed environments.
• Experience with budget management, cost tracking, and financial forecasting.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Consultant, or Architect).
• PMI, Scrum Master, or other relevant project management certifications.
