Description

You will manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce initiatives, overseeing planning, timelines, and cross-team execution.

None of the work mode flags (remote, hybrid, on-site) are active.

Responsibilities

• Manage program planning and delivery timelines for Salesforce initiatives.
• Identify and resolve complex cross-functional dependencies.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, refinement, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Translate stakeholder needs into scalable solutions and lead UAT sessions.
• Drive user adoption through onboarding, training, and change management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud).
• Minimum 3+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Experience leading multi-functional project or scrum teams on complex, integrated platforms.
• Strong working knowledge of Jira for backlog and sprint management.
• Knowledge of Agile frameworks and ability to coach teams in Agile best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to balance team capacity, prioritization, quality, and deadlines.
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
• Experience with Salesforce configuration or implementation.
