About the Role
We recently launched a brand-new, high-impact Salesforce application into production, and we are looking for a skilled Salesforce Programmer Analyst 4 to help us optimize, enhance, and maintain it.
In this role, you won't just be fixing bugs—you will be a critical part of driving the next phase of this application's lifecycle. If you are a Salesforce expert who champions a "configuration-first" mindset but can write elegant Apex when needed, and you know how to navigate Copado CI/CD like a pro, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do
Enhance & Remediate: Dive into a newly developed production application to troubleshoot defects and build out critical new features.
Code & Configure: Develop high-quality Apex (classes/triggers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) while maintaining a strict configuration-first approach.
Own the Pipeline: Utilize Copado CI/CD to manage deployments, write robust unit tests, and collaborate closely with our DevOps team to debug and resolve environment issues.
Document & Collaborate: Keep our systems clear by contributing to technical documentation and using Jira to track user stories, acceptance criteria, and design changes.
Must-Have Core Skills:
Salesforce Development: Strong hands-on experience with Apex and LWC.
CI/CD Mastery: Proven, practical experience using Copado for deployments.
Methodology: A firm believer in utilizing Salesforce native configuration before jumping into custom code.
Testing & DevOps: Experience writing solid unit tests and partnering with DevOps teams for fast defect remediation.
Tools: Proficiency in Jira for capturing user stories, design changes, and acceptance criteria.
Communication: Ability to translate complex fixes into clear technical documentation.
