Description

Lead Salesforce solution design, development, and administration across Sales, CRM, Communities, and Facilities management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect technical solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Lead end-to-end implementations for property management and real estate business processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems to manage finance processes including AR, AP, and budgeting.
• Manage project lifecycles and oversee change management processes.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in solution design, development, and administration.
• Proven expertise in Property Management and Real Estate business processes.
• Experience completing at least 2 end-to-end Salesforce implementations in the property management domain.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com, Force.com, Java, and SOQL.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP finance modules.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM 201) certification.
• Salesforce.com Force.com Developer (DEV401) certification.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
