Description

Lead project management for the development of a new Salesforce Immunizations Consolidated CRM tool.

Responsibilities

• Manage project activities using feature-driven Agile methodology to oversee development progress and ensure alignment with timelines.
• Oversee design and development work while ensuring all deliverables meet HHSC guidelines and the Texas Project Delivery Framework.
• Facilitate the SDLC process by translating business requirements into technical specifications and overseeing artifact development.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation for risks, issues, and contingency plans.
• Monitor project budgets, track risks, and escalate critical issues to leadership to remove project barriers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience managing projects using Agile methodology.
• Direct experience overseeing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Ability to develop project artifacts in accordance with established frameworks.
• Strong skills in risk management, issue tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and facilitate technical requirement translation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for status reporting and presentations.
• Ability to transfer working knowledge to existing staff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce CRM implementations.
