Description

Manage large-scale enterprise Salesforce implementations within state or federal environments. You will lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with State of Texas or similar federal frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce implementations.
• Coordinate project lifecycles using Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Oversee task and issue tracking via Jira and Project Portfolio Management tools.
• Ensure adherence to state or federal project delivery frameworks.
• Manage state procurement and contracting processes where applicable.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Project Management experience for large-scale enterprise implementations.
• 7+ years of experience managing State of Texas or similar federal/state projects.
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in Agile (Scrum) environments.
• Proficiency in Jira for task and issue tracking.
• Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, ACP, or Scrum Master certification.
• Deep knowledge of State of Texas project delivery frameworks.
