Lead complex Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud projects.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations for seamless execution.
  • Design and manage project plans using Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Oversee Salesforce customizations and integrations to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborate with development teams to solve complex business problems through Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce project management.
  • Expertise in Field Service Lightning (FSL) and Service Cloud.
  • Proven track record with Salesforce implementations, integrations, and customizations.
  • Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Experience managing large, cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
