Salesforce Project Manager

You will manage enterprise application projects from initiation through delivery.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
• Interface with various levels of management and stakeholders.
• Work independently to meet requirements in a demanding client-centric environment.
• Manage project workflows and documentation using ServiceNow and Microsoft Office.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure high levels of initiative and project momentum.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of project management experience specifically on enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
• Broad understanding of technology and the mobile landscape.
• Proven organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or ACP.
