You will manage enterprise application projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver IT projects from initiation through to final delivery, maintaining strict adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Interface with management and stakeholders to align project outcomes with business requirements.
• Manage project workflows and documentation using ServiceNow and Microsoft Office tools.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum and initiative.
• Work independently in a demanding, client-centric environment with minimal supervision.

Required Skills

• 6-9 years of project management experience specifically on enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for workflow and documentation management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Broad understanding of technology and the mobile landscape.
• Proven organizational and time management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet requirements in a demanding environment.

Preferred Skills

• Project Management Institute (PMI) certification.
• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or ACP.
