Responsibilities

• Analyze client briefs and project requests to define scope.
• Assess risks, opportunities, deliverables, and threats for all projects.
• Develop goals, tasks, and development plans for Salesforce initiatives.
• Liaise with clients and management on timelines, costs, and objectives.
• Manage developer and consultant teams building Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business management, project management, or related field.
• Certification in Salesforce administration or development.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or professional services.
• Expertise in Salesforce Admin.
• Strong planning and strategic abilities.
• Meticulous and organized work approach.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex Salesforce ecosystem integrations.
