Description

You will manage the technology implementation of a unified Salesforce Licensing, Permitting, and Inspection system.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with product managers and external vendors.
• Create and maintain project documentation including charters, plans, status reports, and operational checklists.
• Manage project issues and risks, serving as the escalation point for mitigation and resolution across multiple agencies.
• Coordinate communication between business stakeholders and vendors, tracking action items within the PMO system.
• Maintain budget spreadsheets to track vendor billing and alert senior management to discrepancies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT project management experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working in project portfolio management environments involving external delivery partners and multiple software vendors.
• Strong issue and problem management skills, including root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Experience using Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale Salesforce deployments.
