Description

You will lead the implementation of a unified Salesforce Licensing, Permitting, and Inspection (LPI) system in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria with technical and business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including charters, work plans, dependency diagrams, and status reports.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to ensure technical requirements are met.
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues, acting as the primary escalation point.
• Develop and validate image acceptance test plans and drive the testing/acceptance process with business users.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing large software products or complex technology solutions.
• Proficiency with MS Project Online.
• Experience using Power BI and OneDrive.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern software development practices.
• Ability to manage multi-workstream projects and track deliverables against KPIs.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large Salesforce deployments.
