Description

You will manage high-visibility Salesforce development projects within a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Own project scope, schedule, budget, and deliverables for Salesforce Service and Sales Cloud implementations.
• Drive collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders, product owners, and scrum masters.
• Identify and manage project risks, proactively troubleshooting schedule deviations or escalating blockers.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including charters, Gantt charts, resource plans, and RAID logs.
• Communicate progress through regular status reports and executive presentations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Proven experience managing Salesforce-related projects.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and hybrid waterfall/Agile environments.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Planview, and Smartsheet.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage financial spend against budgets for third-party purchases.

Preferred Skills

• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience.
