Description

Lead critical Salesforce implementation projects within a strategic transformation initiative, owning planning, delivery, and issue management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage detailed project planning, estimation, delivery, and issue management through implementation and support hand-off.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with stakeholders to manage expectations and align project goals with organizational objectives.
• Lead software development projects using Agile methodologies and coordinate between IT teams and Business Subject Matter Experts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of project management experience, including stakeholder and vendor relationship management.
• 4+ years of experience with Salesforce applications and implementation protocols.
• 5+ years of experience implementing functional CRM solutions end-to-end.
• 5+ years of experience managing change across IT and Business stakeholders.
• Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Working knowledge of online, ecommerce, and supply chain solutions.
• Any graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Jira for project management.
