Description

You will lead end-to-end Salesforce projects from planning through delivery.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee configuration and customization of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Validate solutions against business requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce project management.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Health Cloud.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture and APIs.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certifications.
• Experience in healthcare domain and compliance standards.
