Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce implementations and technical strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure alignment.
• Design organizational strategies and data models for scalable Salesforce implementations.
• Direct the design, development, and deployment of secure, efficient, and reusable technical solutions.
• Implement technical solutions for identity and access management, data integrations, and process flows.
• Recommend optimal solutions and articulate technical trade-offs for large data volumes and privacy requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce project management and technical leadership.
• Expertise in designing scalable Salesforce solutions and data models.
• Proven experience migrating from Salesforce Classic to Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Hands-on experience with Einstein AI technologies.
• Deep understanding of data privacy and security protocols.
• Ability to manage complex integrations involving data and process flows.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
