You will manage and deliver complex Salesforce initiatives, ensuring successful project execution and scalable technical architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver scalable technical solution architecture for integrated solutions involving Salesforce clouds, preferably Financial Cloud.
• Drive execution for varying initiatives to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Influence, lead, and coach project teams without holding direct leadership authority.
• Apply reasoning and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex system issues.
• Oversee configuration, customization, integration, and administration across the Salesforce platform.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of overall working experience in technology roles.
• 8+ years of progressive experience combining hands-on work and leadership exposure.
• In-depth, hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and core features.
• Proficiency in Lightning Components, Apex, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience implementing integrations using Soap, Rest, Platform Events, and Streaming APIs.
• Demonstrated understanding of integration patterns: ESB, Pub/Sub, Point to Point, Batch, Singleton.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent relevant work experience.
