Description

Lead engineering teams and manage complex software delivery cycles focused on Salesforce environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to support professional development and technical growth.
• Develop and execute engineering plans, goals, and objectives aligned with leadership strategy.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations teams to align engineering efforts with business objectives.
• Drive the development of high-quality software that meets customer requirements and expectations.
• Support pre-sales efforts by responding to RFPs and participating in oral presentations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with modern software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong technical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience responding to RFPs and participating in client presentations.
