Description

Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery across multiple business units from initiation through deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, including planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and communication strategies.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to define objectives and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-ups.
• Track progress and report status to executives using Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
• Champion change management and user training strategies to drive solution adoption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• 4+ years leading Salesforce platform projects, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile frameworks, including Scrum and SAFe.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across IT, business, and vendor partners.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certification.
