Description

You will lead multiple Scrum teams and Salesforce projects to ensure delivery within defined scope and budget.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines and estimate delivery schedules for global teams.
• Run Scrum cadences and sprints, tracking throughput and identifying delivery blockers.
• Coordinate between stakeholders and management teams to ensure alignment on product requirements.
• Implement best practice policies, standards, and frameworks to streamline team performance.
• Mentor team members through technical coaching and leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT with a focus on software development environments.
• Proven track record managing 2-3 large-scale Salesforce implementations using Agile-Scrum models.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales, Marketing, and Service Clouds, CPQ, and ERP integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce application testing and test automation.
• Proficiency running sprints and tracking tasks using Jira, Confluence, and JAMA.
• Expertise in both Agile-Scrum and Waterfall software development methodologies.
• Active Scrum Master certification.
• Ability to communicate complex technical subjects in business terms to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with non-collocated, global teams.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce certifications.
• Direct experience in Salesforce product development.
