Description

Lead Agile delivery and end-to-end Salesforce transformation initiatives, managing programs from strategy through deployment and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex Salesforce and AI-enabled projects using Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Data Science, and Business stakeholders.
• Develop executive dashboards and KPIs using Salesforce Analytics, Tableau, and Power BI to monitor health and predict risks.
• Collaborate with Salesforce COEs and Enterprise Architecture to implement AI capabilities and integrations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project management for Salesforce and AI programs.
• Deep expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe) with preferred certifications.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Data Cloud.
• Proficiency in data reporting tools: Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, and Salesforce DevOps tools.
• Understanding of AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with CRM modernization and automation initiatives.
