Description

You own the end-to-end delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives, from initiation through closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and timeline management to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Business stakeholders to define scope, requirements, and milestones.
• Manage implementations, enhancements, integrations, and data initiatives for Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Apply Agile methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog grooming, to drive execution.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues across cross-functional teams and vendors.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in technical project or program management delivering Salesforce initiatives.
• Direct experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud implementations and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and experience managing Agile delivery teams.
• Proven success leading large-scale, high-intensity projects.
• Experience managing budgets, resource planning, and complex timelines.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Engineering, Product, and executive stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills for senior leadership presentations.
• Proficiency in Technical Project and Program Management practices.
