You will manage complex CRM and Salesforce ecosystem projects, ensuring delivery aligns with industry requirements.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects utilizing Salesforce Cloud platforms including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and CPQ.
• Direct development work involving Lightning and Apex within the Salesforce environment.
• Manage project workflows, tracking, and delivery using Jira Cloud.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure complex CRM integrations meet industry standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in project management.
• Direct project experience with Salesforce Cloud projects, specifically CPQ, Sales, or Service.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (Sfdc), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ.
• Hands-on experience with Lightning and Apex.
• Experience using Jira Cloud for project management and tracking.
• Demonstrable experience in Specialty Pharma or General Pharma sectors.
• Ability to manage complex CRM integrations and stakeholder expectations.
