Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Salesforce projects (implementation, migration, enhancement, support)
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Manage cross-functional teams including developers, admins, architects, and business stakeholders
• Ensure successful delivery using Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies
• Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and budget
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder meetings
• Coordinate with business teams to gather and refine requirements
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular status updates
• Drive UAT, deployment planning, and post-go-live support

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in project management with at least 3+ years in Salesforce projects
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
• Proven experience managing large-scale CRM implementations
• Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integrations, and data migration
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, PMP, Scrum Master)
• Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft)
• Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, CI/CD pipelines)
• Domain experience (Finance, Healthcare, Energy, Retail, etc.)
